Wacol Station Rd includes three freestanding warehousing facilities situated on a 75,000m² brownfield site. Along with over 36,000m² of warehouse space, each building incorporates dual level office spaces, seperate dock offices and recess dock facilities. Careful consideration was undertaken in the design and co-ordination of this development to overcome site challenges including significant cross fall and local flooding.
