The largest of the four G8 childcare facilities, Yeronga facilitates 125 children over the three storey development alongside staff training spaces, a catering kitchen and basement car parking. With extensive designated road widening to the dual street frontage and a water mains easement located on the site, the design maximises spatial efficiency to achieve licensing requirements.
