This retirement living masterplan provides 66 one bedroom apartments with a number of platinum level NDIS compliant units, an on-site managers unit and internal and external communal gathering spaces. The design provides a safe, secure and vibrant community for retirees with a central communal building as the heart of the development and pocket parks scattered throughout the masterplan for smaller scale gathering. Residences are visually and acoustically protected from the adjacent train station whilst still making best use of the north facing aspect of the site.
