This development is a 7700m² purpose built facility comprising of a production warehouse and administration building built for the Australian Headquarters of Mapei Australia Pty Ltd. Mapei specialise in adhesives, sealants and chemical products for the building industry and required specialist laboratory, storage, colour mapping and powder plant facilities to be accommodated. The production process within these specialist spaces alongside the machinery and equipment required within the warehouse drove the design of this warehouse facility.
