With it’s close promity to the Brisbane CBD, the James House provides flexible internal and external living, passive shading and captures the exansive views of its surrounds. An elevated open dining and living space is the heart of the home, connecting to balconies on either side. The dynamic roof form is juxaposted with the grounding brick on the lower level, settling the design into the site.
