This concept for the ground floor foyer and forecourt refurbishment of 288 Edward St uses a dynamic facade to bring to life the clients’ brief. To achieve an A Grade Standard office space, the deign includes increasing commercial and retail offerings, and upgrading facilities and amenities. The result is a striking, contemporary building frontage that enhances the street presence and appeal at both close proximity and from afar.
