This four storey development comprises of 96 individual student accommodation apartments. Located within a flagged residential growth zone, the dynamic facade interfaces between the higher density development, the local streetscape and the overall neighbourhood. A conscious design strategy has been implemented to limit impact on surrounding neighbours, particularly relating to overshadowing.
